Happy Camper

So Nadine just finished up a week at Art Camp at the Community School of the Arts and she absolutely loved it. And we all loved all the fabulous art she brought home. The last day they had a big art show for all the students to show off their work. Lucie had a hard time understanding why she didn't get an "art camp like sissy" so we had a mini art camp for her in our den when we got back. She made a beautiful macaroni bracelet with our friend Courtney and she was so proud of it.

Lulu is two two!

So I'm trying to play catch up with this blog. Sorry I am so bad about posting. Lucie's birthday was only 3 months ago. . .

She had a Peep and the Big Wide World party. That's her favorite thing so I did my best with the Peep cake. It helped that is was round. And the balloons were just the right shape for Quack.

Trick or Treat

This was the first time Nadine and Lucie went trick-or-treating. They really got into it - especially Lucie. She was a little girl on a mission. It was cold, dark and extremely windy but she wasn't scared at all. She would storm right up anyone's driveway and grab her candy with no fear. She refused to let me hold her or even hold her hand. She even started stealing candy from other kid's buckets, but she got away with it b/c of her cuteness. She was a very fierce little fairy.
