Trick or Treat

This was the first time Nadine and Lucie went trick-or-treating. They really got into it - especially Lucie. She was a little girl on a mission. It was cold, dark and extremely windy but she wasn't scared at all. She would storm right up anyone's driveway and grab her candy with no fear. She refused to let me hold her or even hold her hand. She even started stealing candy from other kid's buckets, but she got away with it b/c of her cuteness. She was a very fierce little fairy.

Apple Pickin'

We went to Buell's Orchard recently and picked some apples. Both girls had a blast and we are still trying to find things to cook with all these apples they picked.

Lucie walks

Here she is. Finally after 20 months of being stuck on the floor, Lucie can walk. She is so much happier now and her knees are slowly losing their calluses from all that crawling.

Little Lulu

Kindergarten here she comes!

So Nadine is enjoying her new school so much. She says her favorite part is riding the bus. These pictures are from her first day right before she got on the bus. She was overflowing with excitement as you can see. And check out her backpack her Dad got her from Santa Barbara. She was so excited because it was a dogs face and with her very favorite colors: green, orange, and blue! (No pink or purple for this girl)

Ponies and Ponytails

So Nadine rode a Pony all by herself at Sarah's birthday party and Lucie sported her first ponytail to Vivienne's costume party. (Lucie was a red sox cheerleader).

Family time

So we just got back from a wonderful trip to Hattiesburg to see Aunt Laura, Uncle Brice, Porter, Riley and Lizzie. It was so nice to spend some down time with some of our favorite people in the world and we miss them already. Here are just a few of the hundreds of pictures that were taken this week.
